How do I return an item?

All returns must be authorized & a 30% restocking charge will apply.

All Special Order item returns must be authorized & a 60% restocking charge will apply.

Any electronic item, or item with any sensors, electronic components, electronic boards, motors, electronic switches, etc are "FINAL SALE" items and can not be returned.

All Authorizations must be obtained within 10 days of purchase.

ALL "Rebuilt" Parts require an SRO # supplied to you once we have completed the Troubleshooting Process with your Technician while they are "ON-SITE". (NO RETURNS will be ACCEPTED w/o an SRO #)

Specify your order number and reason for return, as well as photos of the product you purchased to show that the product is unused, unopened, and in new condition.

Any items sold by the "FOOT" are not returnable as they are custom cut and have been altered from the original manufactured state.

All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they are in pristine condition.

A refund will be issued when the preceding criteria has been met.
