The Xcluder rodentBLOCK vertical side seal kit for commercial garage doors includes a rodent proof seal filled with Xcluder fill fabric made with stainless steel mesh and durable poly fibers. This eco-friendly alternative to chemical pest control products makes it ideal in food distribution, grocery stores, and other commercial applications. Xcluder rodentBLOCK vertical side seal kits fit commercial loading dock and warehouse doors up to 12 ft. high.

Each kit includes six 4-ft. aluminum retainers, two 12-ft. rodent block garage door seals, and 16 mounting screws. The rodent proof garage door seal slides into the seal retainers once they are installed at the top and sides of a garage door. Rodent block weather seals are made with USDA APHIS-tested neoprene rubber shells to act as two-in-one weather stripping and rodent control. The rubber seal fits most brush seal and standard retainers from Action Industries. Use in any location that requires reduced chemical pest control:
